2. Processing Time

Standard Products: Orders for non-prescription items (such as sunglasses, accessories, etc.) are typically processed and shipped within 0-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Prescription Products: Orders for prescription glasses are custom-made and may take 0-7 business days to process before they are ready for shipment.
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order directly on the courier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service team.

5. Delivery Timeframe

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than the standard delivery timeframe.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address information or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund (excluding shipping fees).

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
Lost Shipments: If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe and you cannot track it, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Shrinath Optics is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other disruptions may cause delays. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
